What You'll Do
- Collect, segregate, store, and document hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with RCRA regulations.
- Support recycling efforts, waste disposal, and environmental compliance initiatives across the plant.
- Conduct routine safety and environmental inspections, identify hazards, and help enforce SHE policies and procedures.
- Operate forklifts, manage waste profiles, coordinate sampling/testing, and maintain communication with internal teams and labs.
- Deliver SHE training, support audits and regulatory interactions, maintain records, and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field preferred.
- Fully Bilingual (Oral/Written).
- Be able to work 1st shift 7:30 am-4:00 pm M-F.
- Experience in Safety, Health and Environmental 1 year minimum.
- Waste and potable water operator certification is desirable.
- RCRA and DOT training/certification is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay Range
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00 and $18.00. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
