Requirements

• Experience in software development, preferably in web3 or AI.
• Strong interviewing and hosting skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions.
• Familiarity with podcast production tools and platforms (e.g., recording, editing, distribution).
• Passion for decentralized technologies, open-source projects, and developer communities.
• Ability to engage with a global audience and foster community interaction.
• Experience with live streaming and managing live Q&A sessions.
