Sharepoint Developer
About the role
Lend your expertise to design and implement solutions in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex. Work closely with business personnel to drive business value. Manage day-to-day SharePoint support and training. Maintain current industry knowledge and assist with migration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex
- Design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements
- Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business
- Manage day-to-day SharePoint support and training
- Aid in support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365
- Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions
- Support Nintex migrations
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
Requirements
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Experience with Business Process Mapping (a plus)
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
- Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Prominent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team
- Effective communication, consulting, time management, and analytical skills
- SharePoint Application Development Certifications (a plus)
- Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint (e.g., HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate)

- Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent

- Experience with web technologies including (Javascript, JSON, CSS, and HTML)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.14 - $37.14/hr.
