About the role

Lisa is currently responsible for managing our talent acquisition and human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition and human resources functions
• Place IT professionals with both Government and Commercial clients throughout the United States
• Participate in all aspects of recruiting training for new recruiters in multiple locations
• Help one staffing firm achieve #19 on the INC. 500 list

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing talent acquisition and human resources functions
• Experience placing IT professionals with both Government and Commercial clients
• Experience in recruiting training for new recruiters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
