About the role
The role of SharePoint Administrator II involves managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including site collections, libraries, and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance within SharePoint environments.
- Provide technical support to end-users for issues related to SharePoint functionality.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions based on user needs and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint features such as lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SharePoint customization and development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and XML web services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
