Shareholder Engagement Specialist FULLY REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Place calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings.
• Handle problems and issues in a tactful manner.
• Show attention to detail.

Requirements

• Personal Computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM)
• Strong Internet Connection
• Technologically proficient
• Great communication and listening skills
• Phone presence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, or in a call center environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field

Qualifications

• Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments

Skills

• Experience in Salesforce environment (a bonus)

Pay

$16/hour with the opportunity for advancement based on your ability to learn, work ethic, and job performance. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for hours worked over 40.
