Requirements

• Personal Computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM)
• MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode not supported
• Strong Internet Connection
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle problems and issues tactfully
• Attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, or in a call center environment
• Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field

Skills

• Experience in Salesforce environment (a bonus)

Benefits

• Pay is $16/hour with the opportunity for advancement based on performance
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for hours worked over 40
