Shared Services Manager (AP/AR Manager)

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the share service organization to be a true service center for each department.
- Manage AP and AR team, including assigning work tasks and monitoring performance.
- Timely and effectively communicate internally and externally on any shared service issues.
- Ensure payments received and paid are processed in accordance with executed agreements.
- Cookordination with procurement and other departments on Company policies involving purchase orders and payments.
- Leads month-end close process for AP and AR.
- Oversee the development of meaningful AP / AR reporting for each department.
- Cookordinate with FP&A to provide real-time reporting on expenses and cash received.
- Develop Company policies and procedures to mitigate risk of fraud, errors, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of combined experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience with D365 and Exflow preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week is required in our Concord, MA office.
