About the role

Description Venture is seeking compassionate and committed shared living providers in the Worcester area to share their home and life with a person with a disability.

Responsibilities

• Helps the person with their daily activities
• Aid the person with their health and wellness
• Promote and model a safe and meaningful lifestyle
• Encourage participation in the community

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Have an available bedroom to be individualized as the person desires
• Own a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Pass background and fingerprinting check
• Pass home qualification process
• Prior experience in human services is helpful but not necessary
