Shared Living Provider - In Medfield
About the Role
Riverside’s Shared Living program matches adults with developmental disabilities with welcoming individuals or families in the Medfield community for long-term, in-home placement. The goal is to integrate the individual into your home and community life, fostering meaningful relationships and independence. Riverside provides continuous support to both the individual and the provider family.
The individual will live in your home and require assistance with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments, and medication administration. Past experience is helpful but not required; training and ongoing support will be provided.
