Responsibilities

• Meet timing standards and sales/engineering expectations of the product
• Work with team and train as necessary on jobs in the department
• Remain flexible to meet the changing demands and deadlines encompassing the entire schedule
• Keep an orderly, clean, and safe workspace to contribute to overall success of the department
• Ability to share knowledge throughout department regardless of experience level

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Ability to multitask and be a problem solver
• Good phone skills and ability to interact well with others
• Basic computing skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
