Key Responsibilities
- Meet timing standards and sales/engineering expectations of the product
- Work with team and train as necessary on jobs in the department
- Remain flexible to meet the changing demands and deadlines encompassing the entire schedule
- Keep an orderly, clean, and safe workspace to contribute to overall success of the department
- Share knowledge throughout department regardless of experience level
Job Requirements
- Travel requirement: None
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members
- Mental Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, compute rate, ratio, and percentage, apply common sense understanding
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, multitask, and be a problem solver
- Other Qualifications: Good phone skills, interact well with others, basic computing skills, self-motivated with a positive attitude
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Sit or stand for upwards of 7 hours per shift
- Climb stairs and walk on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day
