About the Role

Skeeter Products, Inc., a leading boat manufacturing company renowned for its state-of-the-art, high-performance Bass Fishing Boats, is seeking a sewing operator to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and some sewing experience to help us continue producing world-class boats.

Responsibilities

• Collect appropriate pieces of vinyl/leather as needed for work orders
• Sew vinyl/leather, backing, welting, puffs, and other upholstery materials per specifications
• Clean, oil, and maintain the sewing machine as needed
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Meet quality standards of current production effectively within grade level
• Perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Previous sewing experience preferred
• Familiarity and comfort level around sewing machines
• Ability to sit or stand for 10+ hours a day
• Manual dexterity and good coordination
• Detail-oriented with color sensitivity
• Good quality and attendance habits
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
