Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality mattress components through skilled sewing operations.
• Operate sewing machines and production equipment safely & efficiently.
• Sew mattress panels and components according to product specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, durability, and consistent quality.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support efficiency and safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience operating industrial sewing machine is preferred.
• Enjoyment of hands-on, physical work; ability to operate pneumatic tools, machinery, & simple hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail & pride in quality work.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
