Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual).
• Apply finishing elements such as zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets.
• Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required.
• Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly.
• Read and follow work orders and specifications.
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy.
• Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar).

Requirements

• Experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in precision.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions confidently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized with efficient time‑management.
• Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.).
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
