Sewing Machine Operator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cut, sew, trim threads and fold products, according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform Minor equipment maintenance, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Absorb Manual cutting of fabric / product.
• Perform additional duties as requested / required by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education, Experience & Training

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 or more years of industrial sewing experience.

Physical Demands

• Sometimes stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift.
• Sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment

This position works in an environment with moderate noise levels.
