Essential Job Tasks
- Set up work area with needed materials to start the work schedule for the day.
- Ability to switch out thread or re-thread machine.
- Notify lead/supervisor of any issues of stitching or replacement parts.
- Ensure finished product meets company standards and adheres to work order specifications.
- Trim finished product with scissors and cutters.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as a team in order to get schedule work order out for the work shift.
- Organized skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to follow and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to work order and details.
- Ability to perform basic and specific functions.
- Effectively communicate with people in the department.
- Flexibility and willingness to work with the constant changes at a short notice.
- Knowledge and experience using industrial sewing machine in a manufacturing plant.
Required
- Minimum 2 year+ experience with industrial sewing operations
- INDUSTRIAL SERGING EXPERIENCE, A PLUS!
- PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
