Sewing Assembler

Location: Lima, NY • Pay: $18.00/hr • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to make high-quality filter products
• Assemble components by following instructions and patterns
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Use sewing equipment and basic hand tools
• Lift and move materials as needed
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Learn and cross-train in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Sewing experience is preferred
• Experience with a single-needle industrial sewing machine is a plus
• Comfortable with hands-on, active work
• Basic reading and math skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable wearing required PPE
• Willing to obtain steel or composite toe shoes after hire
