Job Title
Payroll & Benefits Specialist
- Responsible for managing employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Processing payroll on a timely basis and ensuring accuracy.
- Managing employee benefits enrollment and administration.
- Collaborating with HR team to resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
