Job Title

Payroll & Benefits Specialist

  • Responsible for managing employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Processing payroll on a timely basis and ensuring accuracy.
  • Managing employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Collaborating with HR team to resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to handle confidential information.
