Sew On Operator - 3rd Shift

About the Role

As a Mannington Associate, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that supports the company’s values and philosophy while performing in the best interest of your fellow associates. Responsibilities

• Load the unroll cradle
• Sew-on greige rolls
• Make greige roll cuts
• Enter work in process production
• Change sew-on thread
• Sew on a roll of secondary backing
• Sew on a roll of secondary backing for the HP Line
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Meet requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, and housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Capability to bend, stoop, and stretch throughout the shift

No prior skills or experience required.

Training

Required to complete approximately one (1) week of training under the supervision of a qualified associate.

Schedule

3rd Shift - Monday - Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Overtime may be required.
