Base Wage: $21.70/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential + full benefits + paid training!

Responsibilities

• Setting up and removing molds for production runs
• Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
• Starting up equipment and ensuring parts look great and run efficiently
• Teamwork with operators, providing guidance, and stepping in when needed
• Monitoring part quality, solving problems on the fly, and meeting production goals
• Staying safe and following lockout/tagout procedures
• Growing your skills every day and having fun doing it!

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
• Willingness to learn ERP systems (using IQMS)
• Safe and steady hands (for using cranes and stacking systems)
• Someone who works hard and plays well with others

Physical Demands

• On your feet, moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active
• Sometimes working near machines or outdoors
• Can be noisy, but safety equipment is provided
