Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of estate settlement experience within law firms, trust departments, or financial institutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple estates simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Compassionate and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools, and quick adaptability to new systems
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage complex legal and financial matters with problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy, with a particular appreciation for AI and automation tools used in workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-powered tools and systems in estate management or related fields
  • Background in legal, paralegal, or trust administration roles
  • Knowledge of state and county legal requirements for estate settlements
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of direct estate settlement or probate experience in a professional setting
  • Proven track record of managing multiple cases and leading team initiatives
