Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of estate settlement experience within law firms, trust departments, or financial institutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple estates simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Compassionate and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools, and quick adaptability to new systems
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams and external partners
- Ability to manage complex legal and financial matters with problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with a particular appreciation for AI and automation tools used in workflow optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-powered tools and systems in estate management or related fields
- Background in legal, paralegal, or trust administration roles
- Knowledge of state and county legal requirements for estate settlements
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of direct estate settlement or probate experience in a professional setting
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases and leading team initiatives
