SUMMARY
Eagle Title, an award-winning Title company, is seeking a driven self-starter to join our sales-driven team. As a Sales Settlement Officer, you will orchestrate seamless closings, expand our client base, and contribute to our strong growth and outstanding customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Generation: Pursue new business opportunities by networking with real estate professionals, lenders, and other industry stakeholders. Identify and capitalize on sales leads to expand our market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients. Be the go-to person for their title and settlement needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Closing Facilitation: Perform and manage the closing process efficiently, providing a seamless experience for clients. Showcase the value proposition of Eagle Title in every interaction, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on all aspects of our services, particularly as it pertains to their settlement. Customer Experience: Provide truly remarkable service to customers by being responsive to all customer inquiries and needs in a professional and proactive manner.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and position Eagle Title as an industry leader.
- Team Player: Work with and support the processing team to ensure that all steps in the settlement process are performed accurately and timely.
- Sales Activity: Create a sales activity strategy and hold yourself accountable to achieve sales activities, sales goals, and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year as a licensed Settlement Officer preferred.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
- Proven record of building and maintaining a book of business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess outstanding people and organizational skills and an expert ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with the utilization and management of progressive IT programs and systems (experience with title industry-specific software, Qualia preferred).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A High School Diploma or Certificate.
- Some college preferred.
- 2 years of related experience required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
SALARY REQUIREMENTS
Commission with uncapped earning potential.
