SUMMARY

Eagle Title, an award-winning Title company, seeks a driven self-starter to join our sales-driven team. As a Sales Settlement Officer, you will orchestrate seamless closings, expand our market presence, and foster lasting relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Generation: Pursue new business opportunities, network with real estate professionals, lenders, and other industry stakeholders, and capitalize on sales leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Closing Facilitation: Perform and manage the closing process efficiently, providing a seamless experience for clients, and showcasing the value proposition of Eagle Title.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on all aspects of our services, particularly as it pertains to their settlement.
  • Customer Experience: Provide remarkable service to customers by being responsive to all inquiries and needs in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, identifying opportunities for growth and positioning Eagle Title as an industry leader.
  • Team Player: Work with and support the processing team to ensure accurate and timely performance of all steps in the settlement process.
  • Sales Activity: Create and hold yourself accountable to a sales activity strategy, achieving sales goals and challenges, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year as a licensed Settlement Officer preferred.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Proven record of building and maintaining a book of business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding people and organizational skills, and an expert ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with the utilization and management of progressive IT programs and systems (experience with title industry-specific software, Qualia preferred).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Certificate.
  • Some college preferred.
  • 2 years of related experience required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

SALARY REQUIREMENTS

Commission with uncapped earning potential.
