Setter / Entry Level Account Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Setter / Entry Level Account Representative who is ready to build real sales experience in a customer-facing role. In this position, you will connect directly with individuals, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and guide customers toward the best Verizon wireless cellphone plans based on their lifestyle, data usage, and budget.

What You’ll Do (Setter Responsibilities)

• Initiate conversations with customers about switching, upgrading, or enrolling in Verizon wireless cellphone plans
• Clearly explain plan options, device features, pricing, and current promotions
• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable wireless cellphone plans
• Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process step-by-step
• Manage customer accounts according to their wireless needs, ensuring activation and service completion
• Address questions or objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales

Basic Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to reliably commute to our Peoria office
• PREFERRED BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE: Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
