About the role
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with an AI focus (TS/SCI with Poly clearance) to support our Data and Systems Integration Division, based in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence within the national security sector.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technical Artificial Intelligence program or closely related field
- At least 5 years of post-degree technical experience in Artificial Intelligence or a closely related field
- 5+ years of work supporting the National Security sector with active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly (FSP)
- Experience in frontier labs, project management, or systems engineering (preferred)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial experience in or with frontier AI research labs
- 3+ years of project management experience and proficiency in project management or system engineering principles relevant to government research and development programs
- Experience supporting customer mission either as a contractor or staff
- 3+ years of experience in system integration for research and development prototyping
