Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience).

Field Execution: Restore residential and commercial properties to pre-loss condition following water, fire, mold, or biohazard incidents.
Logistics & Prep: Inventory and load work vehicles with the necessary equipment and supplies; set up specialized staging areas and equipment on-site.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Crew Supervisors and management to ensure production processes are efficient and meet our high quality standards.
Site Management: Maintain a clean and orderly job site, performing end-of-day breakdowns and ensuring the property is respected at all times.
Environmental Adaptability: Maintain high performance while working in various conditions, including uncontrolled climates (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
High school diploma or GED.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and perform repetitive physical tasks (push/pull/climb).
Safety: Comfortable working around cleaning agents and, when necessary, handling blood-borne pathogens/bodily fluids.
Certification: IICRC Certification (e.g., WRT, ASD, or FSRT).
Experience in construction or demolition.
Ability to confidently back a trailer.
