This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Process and release daily equipment lease/loan fundings; ensure approval and accuracy
- Oversee daily lockbox and ACH cash receipt review and cash application
- Enter and review daily cash activity within the general ledger
- Research and resolve complex payment and contract variances
- Process returned payment, refund, and payoff transactions accurately
- Maintain advanced payment ledger and manage related accounts
- Perform syndication support activities including fund transfers and tracking payoffs
- Prepare recurring servicing reports and handle audit requests
- Supervise and train servicing team members hands-on during daily tasks
- Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve servicing efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or 7-10 years relevant experience including 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of equipment lease/loan servicing operations including cash application and funding
- Proven experience supervising and coaching servicing teams
- Proficiency in general ledger and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with loan/lease servicing platforms and payment processing
- Strong analytical skills for resolving variances and complex issues
- Ability to manage team priorities with accuracy under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Pay
$120,000 – $140,000 annually
