Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze information about the user’s issue to answer basic questions.
- Support application and technical solutions, including navigation, resubmission, data modification, resolving username and password problems, verifying proper application setup, and troubleshooting chat/email issues.
- Troubleshoot basic Internet Explorer settings as needed.
- Navigate around application menus and assist with remote access to customer’s computers.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate support groups when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous computer technical support experience preferred.
- A+, MCP, Dell or other industry-identified certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, and supporting remote users.
- Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
- Proficient with troubleshooting all Windows Operating Systems, with Windows 10 preferred.
- Prior mortgage knowledge, including the ability to calculate and understand mortgage terminology.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
Qualifications
- Flexible work schedules available, including evenings, overnight, and weekends.
- Open 24/7/365 with a few major holidays off.
