Services Supplier Engagement Manager

About the role

The Supplier Engagement Manager (SEM) drives the AgileOne supplier engagement strategy for services procurement suppliers, including Statement of Work (SOW), professional services, consulting, and outsourced service providers. This role ensures effective onboarding, governance, compliance, and performance management of services suppliers while supporting AgileOne clients in achieving cost efficiency, quality outcomes, risk mitigation, and service excellence. The SEM partners closely with clients, suppliers, and internal AgileOne teams—including implementation, procurement solutions, and legal—to enable structured services procurement programs aligned with contractual obligations, scope delivery, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Services Supplier Engagement and Onboarding (55%)
  • Lead the onboarding of services procurement suppliers and identify and evaluate suppliers aligned with client needs.
  • Develop client program-specific supplier engagement strategies during implementation based on program goals and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and client services teams to develop category strategies, preferred supplier lists, and commercial models.
  • Facilitate the development, negotiation, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and subcontracting agreements.
• Relationship and Performance Management (35%)
  • Develop relationships and strategic partnerships with top services procurement suppliers.
  • Manage complex supply chains across multiple categories at the client program level and across programs.
  • Provide consultative guidance to improve service delivery outcomes.
• Additional Duties (10%)
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years in services procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• 3+ years managing services suppliers or SOW programs.
• Experience in implementation, program management, and contract interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and pricing models.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

No direct supervision at this time. The role may evolve to include supervisory responsibilities, such as interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and addressing employee concerns.
