Services Project Coordinator (Remote) CST
About the role
The Services Project Coordinator facilitates end-to-end oversight and support to customers who purchase installation jobs. They manage customer interactions, address issues, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure job success.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers, service providers, and stores for installation job support.
- Manage outbound tasks and make calls to customers, providers, stores, and vendors to provide updates or gather job information.
- Initiate contact with customers and service providers to provide centralized contact information and job expectations, verifying project scope and ensuring alignment.
- Schedule projects within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by service providers and confirm with customers.
- Resolve Work Order issues post-project completion, assess costs, and handle potential chargebacks from service providers or vendors.
- Document all interactions using appropriate technology tools like the Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce.
- Practice active listening and provide feedback to enhance processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Drive for results by consistently achieving goals and completing tasks on time.
- Build effective relationships by organizing information, sharing details with colleagues, and seeking performance feedback.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving process enhancements.
- Complete assigned training courses, attend team meetings, town halls, developmental meetings, etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in project coordination, remodeling/construction industry, or project management is preferred. Experience in a contact center environment is also beneficial.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 1 year of experience in project coordination or experience in remodeling/construction industry, or experience in a Project Management function.
- 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function.
- Experience in a contact center environment.

Pay
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.73 - $29.61, which may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and experience.
Schedule
The position is in a fast-paced environment and may include night and/or weekend hours.
