Services License Manager

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Services License Manager to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory licensing for Service Providers
• Oversee jobsite compliance audits and supervision
• Maintain required trade licenses and complete necessary continuing education
• Resolve customer complaints related to installations
• Meet with officials and trade groups to address compliance concerns
• Analyze data to identify risks and propose compliance improvements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or related field
• Proven expertise in managing contractor licenses and compliance requirements
• Strong relationships with local regulatory agencies
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to pass state-regulated trade exams

Pay

$110,000 – $120,000 annually
