Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer integration projects, serving as the technical lead responsible for discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live success.
- Ensure integrations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet Paperless Parts' quality standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Paperless Parts and customer business systems, including ERP, CRM, MES, and other manufacturing technologies, leveraging both standard integration offerings and custom solutions.
- Partner directly with customer stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, define integration strategies, facilitate user acceptance testing, and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 2 support for production integrations, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring reliable operation for live customers.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, proactively communicating status, identifying risks, and coordinating with internal and customer teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of Paperless Parts' integration capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, AI-powered tooling, implementation methodologies, and reusable integration frameworks that improve scalability and delivery efficiency.
- Support the growth of the Services Engineering organization through knowledge sharing, mentoring, recruiting, and participation in Paperless Parts' DEI and social impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading the technical delivery of customer-facing software integration projects, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, REST APIs, web services, and modern integration architectures, including experience integrating SaaS applications with ERP, CRM, manufacturing, or other business-critical systems.
- Ability to independently lead technical discovery, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while effectively communicating with technical teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience supporting production integrations and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%).
