About the role
The Services Delivery Lead oversees the execution of partner-specific service engagements, ensuring timely, accurate, and budget-conscious completion of deliverables. This role requires coordination across various teams and continuous monitoring of project progress.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of partner-specific service engagements.
- Cook up activities across Implementation, Product, Support, Data Science, and Engineering teams as needed.
- Ensure service deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery.
- Support contract fulfillment by ensuring services are delivered according to partner agreements and organizational standards.
- Track and communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Manage projects, service delivery engagements, partner relationships, or similar client-facing work.
- Show strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in service delivery, project management, partner engagement, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, public policy, economics, or a related field.
- Experience working in education technology, consulting, nonprofit, or data-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience supporting technical, analytical, or software-based solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead highly complex or strategic service engagements.
- Mentor and guide Services Delivery Leads.
- Assist with partner escalations and complex delivery challenges.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the Services team.
- Support resource planning and cross-functional coordination for large-scale initiatives.
