Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in generating Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS).
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for both pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.
- Support Services acquisition needs, including requirements development, market research, contract strategy, and vendor management.
- Preferred understanding of FAR, DFARS, and performance-based acquisition processes.
- Show strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Security clearance required.
- Prior defense financial experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Secret Clearance.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a business role.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience (6 years of experience may substitute for a degree).
