Key Responsibilities
- Configure case forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and assignment logic.
- Develop Flow Designer flows and subflows for intake, routing, approvals, escalations, and closure.
- Create workspace experiences, related lists, dashboards, and role-specific views.
- Implement secure scripted APIs, integration actions, transform maps, and reusable components.
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to scoped-application and upgrade-safe development standards.
- Build ATF coverage and support unit, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Manage update sets or source control, deployment sequencing, rollback procedures, and release notes.
- Resolve complex defects and support production cutover and hypercare.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent technical studies (required).
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Advanced ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, business rules, and client-side scripting.
- Hands-on experience with ICM or complex case-management applications.
- Strong skills in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workspace/UI Builder, ATF, and reporting.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, and secure authentication flows.
- Knowledge of ACLs, data policies, encryption, audit history, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Agile delivery, code reviews, defect management, and release automation.
- Ability to diagnose performance, data, workflow, and integration issues.
Desired Certifications
- ServiceNow CAD and CSA required or strongly preferred
- Relevant CIS certification
- JavaScript or integration certification preferred

- Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

- Salary: $145,000 – $190,000 annually.
