ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

TCS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate TCS's value proposition to executive stakeholders, shaping winning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Provide best-practice recommendations through ServiceNow platform assessments.
• Design technical solutions and convert customer requirements into functional requirements.
• Review requirements to ensure sufficient detail for accurate estimation.
• Evaluate correlations and impacts of customer requirements with ITIL/industry standards.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team, including career development and certification guidance.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration from definition through implementation.
• Review development team work and enforce coding standards.
• Develop and execute plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Drive ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, orchestration, and operational activities.
• Lead projects involving support, maintenance, migration, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
• Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Handle greenfield, replatform, consolidation, and migration initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Expertise in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep understanding of workflow configuration, application UI configuration, and custom apps.
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD design and implementation for large customers.
• JavaScript knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience in IT Asset Management lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM & SAM features.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications: Systems Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), and ITIL V3 Foundation.
• Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience as a Senior Architect or Consultant.

Pay

$224,400–$303,600 a year
