Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification (i.e., CompTIA Security + CE certification).
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience in ServiceNow.
• Technical skills: Proven work experience with the ServiceNow platform in a software development and systems architecture environment; proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow software development tools; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks; strong understanding of system security, ACLs, and certificate management; proven experience with on-premises ServiceNow deployments and server administration (Windows/Linux); expertise in ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules; strong knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO); experience with database management (MariaDB preferred).
