About the role
As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you'll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. You'll have opportunities to engage with clients, internal teams, and manage multi-disciplinary teams of 3-5 resources, including offshore resources.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business models and processes with business stakeholders.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers).
- Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.
- Advise clients on responsible AI adoption in HRSD, including governance, data and knowledge readiness, security/privacy, workflow design, human-in-the-loop controls, adoption strategy, and value measurement.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.

- Develop and deliver high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Perform performance analytics and reporting.
- Provide Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience.
- Utilize ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- No less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
- 12+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Proactive, innovative, and eager to contribute to team success.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Skills

- Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.

Benefits
Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

$102,500 to $187,900
Schedule
Hybrid model with most people in external, client serving roles expected to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
