About the role
As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you'll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. You'll have opportunities to engage with clients, internal teams, and build relationships that will define your career.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow’s latest AI-enabled HRSD and employee experience capabilities.
- Experience shaping AI-enabled HRSD use cases that leverage EmployeeWorks as a conversational AI front door and Employee Slate as a personalized employee experience layer.
- Ability to advise clients on responsible AI adoption in HRSD, including governance, data and knowledge readiness, security/privacy, workflow design, human-in-the-loop controls, adoption strategy, and value measurement.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
- Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Benefits
Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
