Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including TPSM, SPM, and SOM.
- Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
- Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
- Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform.
- Operationalize business requirements within the platform along with strategic roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules.
- Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Highly Preferred
- ITIL Certification – Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Optional
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Optional
