ServiceNow Platform Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio

Pay

$100,000–$150,000 annually
