About the role
Implement and support ServiceNow modules including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
Implement and support ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM as per ServiceNow best practice guidelines.
Configure and support MID servers for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other integration purposes.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered ITOM tools and functionalities to automate IT operations.
Build workflows and automations leveraging anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
Troubleshoot Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management issues.
ServiceNow pattern customization.
