About the role
This Manager position in the Advisory Technology Organization focuses on implementing and leading identity governance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
- Design identity governance frameworks covering lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations
- Troubleshoot complex issues, guide onboarding activities, and ensure successful technical delivery
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project leaders to gather requirements and support delivery
- Develop technical documentation, governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices
- Enhance clients' identity visibility, entitlement management, access governance, and security posture using various technologies
- Uphold professionalism and a respectful work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or seven years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
- Experience implementing identity governance solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, roles, and integrations
- Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven leadership skills in managing workstreams, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of identity security analytics, access intelligence, and governance tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead complex projects and support security initiatives
