ServiceNow Identity Governance Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a Manager to lead the implementation of identity governance solutions using ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, and related technologies. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing identity management solutions, including access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, develop technical documentation, and support clients in enhancing their identity security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and implementation of identity governance platforms
• Design solutions for identity lifecycle management, access controls, and workflows
• Guide onboarding activities and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate with security, application owners, and business teams to gather requirements
• Create governance standards, operational procedures, and solution documentation
• Support clients in improving visibility, entitlement management, and security posture
• Mentor team members and lead technical workstreams

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with ServiceNow Identity Governance or Veza
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or seven years of relevant experience with comparable platforms
• Expertise in implementing identity governance solutions, application onboarding, and enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and support client needs
