ServiceNow Engineer

Required Skills And Experience Strong hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience, including scoped applications, server-side and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, and security controls.Ability to design robust ingestion pipelines with validation, reconciliation, error handling, observability, retry, and audit-trail capabilities.Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow API knowledge, with strong debugging, performance-tuning, and code-review capability.Experience leading distributed delivery teams and communicating technical decisions to business, architecture, security, and product stakeholders.Working knowledge of Agile delivery, source control, update sets or application repository practices, release governance, and production support.Experience with AI/LLM-generated content, document or data ingestion, human-in-the-loop review, or regulated/auditable workflows.Experience with automated testing, CI/CD integration, platform health controls, and enterprise integration patterns.
