Roles & Responsibilities
- Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services
- ITSM, Configuration Management (CMDB), Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, and UI Policies, Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform maps
- Should have experience in Workspace, UI Builder, workflows, Widget creation
- Strong math and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skill
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
- Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
- Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals
- Prepares reports on analyses
Qualifications
- 6 years’ ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
- 6 years’ experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)
- Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements
- Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed
