ServiceNow Developer -onsite

Role: ServiceNow Developer (5296) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Location: Santa Clara, CA or San Diego, CA or Kirkland, WA Description Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Required Skills Knowledge of ServiceNow platform is must Certification in System admin or Developer is big plus Strong troubleshooting skills Should be able to read and debug code Education Bachelors in computer science or information technology Other Requirements Candidate requires presence in office (No remote) Saturday/Sunday on call requirements only for P1/P2 case tasks.
