About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and configuring the platform to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business needs
  • Design and implement workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
  • Build and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow instance performance and functionality
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Expertise in workflows, Flow Designer, and UI customization
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to ServiceNow upgrade cycles and release management
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
