As a Delivery Consultant in Risk, Compliance, and Governance Solutions on the GPS Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will contribute to designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations, risk management, and security operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and current-state and future-state process flows.
  • Analyze processes, controls, and tools to identify opportunities for ServiceNow configuration and automation across IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, Third-Party Risk Management, and ServiceNow AI Control Tower use cases.
  • Contribute to functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, including forms, workflows, notifications, service level agreements, dashboards, reports, roles, and access controls.
  • Support documentation of data models, taxonomies, workflows, controls, and reporting requirements for cyber, risk, and artificial intelligence governance use cases.
  • Produce project artifacts, including requirements documentation, functional designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes, and deployment support materials.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to support demonstrations, user acceptance testing, defect triage, training, cutover activities, and solution adoption.

About the Team

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice is designed for impact, serving federal, state, and local government clients as well as public higher education institutions. Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering helps clients develop and transform cyber programs aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. This includes designing cyber organizations, governance frameworks, and risk assessments.

This role is part of the Deloitte US Delivery Center model, which leverages Deloitte's scale and talent to provide high-quality, cost-effective services with standardized processes. The US Delivery Center offers a small-business feel with big-business resources, focusing on delivering impactful services with minimal travel requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing consulting role.
  • 1+ years of experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting process flows or user stories, and producing functional documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience designing, configuring, or implementing ServiceNow solutions in one or more of the following modules: IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, or Third-Party Risk Management, including forms, workflows, notifications, service level agreements, reports, dashboards, roles, or access controls.
  • 1+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow forms, workflows, notifications, service level agreements, reports, dashboards, roles, or access controls.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Architecture Excellence (ArchX).
  • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, including Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC), Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR), Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR), Third-Party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM), Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-DISCO), Event Management (CIS-EM), Data Foundations (CIS-DF), or Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).
  • Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities, including AI inventory management, intake and approval workflows, lifecycle oversight, issue management, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting identity governance for human and non-human actors using Veza, or cyber asset discovery and configuration management database (CMDB) integration using Armis.

Schedule

  • Hybrid Work Model: Reside within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg).
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for projects, training, or other key activities.
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance.
